Terms & booking conditions

These terms set out the basis on which PB Beauty Time accepts bookings, performs treatments and handles gift cards, payments and cancellations. By booking with us — online, by phone or in person — you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English; if anything is unclear please ask before your appointment.

1. Eligibility

Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. We require photo ID at the first appointment for any injectable treatment. We do not perform aesthetic injectables, RF, mesotherapy or chemical peels on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

2. Consultation & medical history

Every first-time treatment includes a consultation. You will be asked to complete a medical history form and to provide your explicit consent for us to process the health information needed to perform the treatment safely (UK GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). We reserve the right to decline a treatment — even if booked and paid — if in our clinical judgement it is not appropriate or safe for you. In that case we will refund any deposit and discuss alternatives.

3. Booking & deposit

  • A non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is deducted from the final price on the day.
  • You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without losing the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit.
  • A no-show (failure to attend without prior notice) is charged at the full price of the booked treatment.
  • We may waive these charges in genuine emergencies — please contact us as soon as you can.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices marked "from" reflect the lowest variant of a treatment; the final price depends on the area, product and amount used and is confirmed at consultation. We may change our published prices at any time, but a price quoted in writing for a confirmed booking will be honoured for that visit.

5. Payment

Payment is taken on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Late arrivals

Our days are tightly scheduled to give every client unhurried attention. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. The full deposit applies if rescheduling is required.

7. Aftercare & complimentary top-up

You will receive written aftercare instructions appropriate to your treatment. Following them carefully is essential for results and safety. For anti-wrinkle injectables we offer a complimentary top-up review 2–3 weeks after the initial treatment when booked at the time of the original appointment. Outside that window any further units are charged.

8. Refunds

Aesthetic treatments are bespoke services delivered on the day; once performed they are not refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a result please contact us — we will assess in person and, where clinically appropriate, offer a free review or corrective treatment. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Gift cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Cards are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a treatment costs more than the card balance, the difference is paid on the day.
  • Lost cards: please email us with the order reference; we may be able to reissue.
  • Gift cards purchased online may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund provided they have not been redeemed (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

10. Photography & reviews

Clinical photography is part of our records. Any public use of your image requires a separate written consent which you can withdraw at any time — see our privacy notice. We welcome honest reviews on Google and Facebook; please share what we did well and what we could improve.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any loss arising from a treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment. We carry comprehensive aesthetic-clinic insurance.

12. Complaints

If something has not gone as expected, please tell us first. Email info@pbbeautytime.pl with "Complaint" in the subject line and we will respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days.

13. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your booking is the version published on this page on the day you book.
